New Patients

We would like to thank you for selecting our office to care for your dental needs. Our goal is to guide each patient to optimal dental health, providing the highest quality level of care with the up most attention to your comfort and well-being. We take enormous pride in addressing your questions and concerns, making your oral health our only priority.

During your initial visit, we will be performing a thorough examination of your entire mouth. Our initial examination includes a TMJ evaluation, oral cancer screening and gentle assessment of all teeth, gums and existing dental restorations. In order to accurately evaluate the health and well-being of your entire mouth, a complete series of radiographs will be taken, unless current radiographs are already available.

For your convenience, we have provided new patient registration forms to complete prior to your visit. Please bring these with you to your scheduled appointment.
